Philadelphia Union vs. Real Madrid – Gamethread – Friendly
One of the top side's in Spain's La Liga and perennial UEFA Champions League contender Real Madrid is coming to Philadelphia for a much anticipated international club friendly against the Philadelphia Union. For Real Madrid, this is a pre-season friendly and a trip similar to the Philadelphia Union's trip to Greece earlier in the season. For the Philadelphia Union, this is a mid-season friendly whose purpose I have yet to truly figure out. Kickoff at Lincoln Financial Field is scheduled for 9:00 PM ET.
