First things first. The United States Womens National Team lost on penalties to Japan. The Lady Yanks played valiantly and if it wasn’t for the whole Earthquake and tsunami thing. I would say we were robbed, but it was an excellent match and neither side should feel hard done by. It was an excellent advertisement for the game. I am disappointed with the loss but I am very proud of the USWNT. Soccer is a game where the best team loses more often than it should.
