Game 9: Philadelphia Union 1 – Chicago Fire 2

I didn't get to watch the game or get to view a replay so for the sake of consistency I wanted to put a result post up.  From the MLS site:

BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. – Midfielder Baggio Husidic scored in the 14th minute and winger Marco Pappa put one away in the 74th to give the Fire a 2-1 victory over the Philadelphia Union in front of 14,658 fans Saturday night at Toyota Park.

Despite controlling possession for large chunks of the game, the Union struggled in the final third. Philadelphia only put two shots on goal in the match and failed to capitalize on all but one of the numerous chances they created.

The consensus from the game thread was similar: the Union controlled most of the game but were unable to capitalize on opportunities.
