Ashton Kutcher Joins SB Nation
Former PUNK'D and That 70s Show star Ashton Kutcher has joined SB Nation as a member of the company's board of advisors.
Business Insider is reporting that Kutcher will be paid in company stock and joins SB nation to give advice on technology and sports, both of which the 33-year-old actor is apparently very passionate about. A source close to the company told BI that Kutcher has already started to help at SB Nation:
Jim Bankoff, CEO of SB Nation, announced the move over Twitter, sending out a tweet that read "Proud to welcome @aplusk as our latest @sbnation advisor. A sports and gadget fan with great ideas. cc: @thisismynext @Official_WCG @bhgp".
Kutcher confirmed the move, also over Twitter, by sending out the following message: "happy to be a part of the @sbnation team @Bankoff".
The announcement has already caused a stir on Twitter among both sports fans and SB Nation blog employees.
