West Chester United wrapped up another state cup double with a 3-2 win over United German Hungarians on Saturday at Bryn Athyn College.

The win in the EPSA Frank Giancroce Open Cup final was their second straight after winning the Robert M. O’Neill Amateur Cup for the second straight year.

The Predators beat UGH in both of the finals.

They move now into the regional tournaments for both competitions, which includes a chance to defend the Werner Fricker Cup they won last August in Tennessee.

Up next, West Chester will take on Albion SC of Delaware in the first round of the Region 1 Amateur Cup on April 2. The winner of that match will play Sure Sports FC of Maryland in a quarterfinal match on April 23.

For the semifinal of the Region 1 Werner Fricker Cup, West Chester will play on April 30 against the winner of Christos FC vs a team from West Virginia.

The full Region 1 cup schedule can be found on the Region 1 U.S. Adult Soccer Association website. The finals will be played at Ukrainian American Sport Center in North Wales, Pa. on June 18.
