Harrisburg native Connor Maloney was named to the USL Championship Team of the Week following a two assist performance in San Antonio FC’s 2-1 win over Monterey Bay FC.

The right back who played for Reading United and at Penn State also was 8 of 8 on duels and 5 of 6 on tackles defensively while making 11 recoveries.

Reading United alum Aaron Malloy was also on the Team of the Week. The Memphis 901 FC midfielder completed 80 of 86 passes – including 8 of 9 long passes – and recorded four chances created while making five interceptions and nine recoveries defensively in a 1-1 draw at Miami FC.

Temple grad Matt Mahoney (Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC) and former Philadelphia Union attacker Marcus Epps (Tulsa) were named to the USL Championship Team of the Week bench.
