Live game updates from the Philadelphia Union’s Match Day 13

Game Updates
90+4′ Final Whistle and it ends in a draw.
90+1′- We will see at least 4 minutes of stoppage time.
86′- The game is back underway and everyone is okay.
84′- Play is stopped after Uhre and a DC player collide going for a 50/50 ball. The training staff is now on the pitch.
74′- Yellow card was shown to DC’s O’Brien. He basically pushed Gazdag down as he was trying to quickly restart.
71′- Another round of subs from the Union. Perea for Bedoya. Mbaizo for Harriel.
69′- THANK YOU to the crossbar as DC was able to get a header off but the shot goes off the crossbar.
68′- Wagner closes down and has a huge sliding block in his own box to keep this game leveled but DC has been threatening the last five minutes.
60′- Wagner with a corner from the near flag, sends it toward the top of the box and DC is able to get a header on it and clear it out of danger.
57′- Curtin is making a change here bringing on Uhre and Martinez for Real and Martinez. Hopefully, Philly can start bringing some pressure to DC with these changes.
48′- United gets their first booking of the night and it goes to Williams. After a quick restart Elliott takes a shot from about well past the Union’s side of the field and it just barely goes wide of the net. Look for them to try and do some more long-distance shots with DC’s Miller playing such a high line.
46′- The second half is underway.
Half
45+1′- Only about 1 minute of stoppage time here. Torres tries to take advantage of Miller being way up and an open shot but his right shot goes wide of the net. That was the final action of the half as the Ref blew the whistle.
35′- Big save by Blake. The shot from DC was from right in front of him.
33′- Union with a corner from the far flag. He swings it towards the closest post but it is headed out of danger and out of play for a throw-in.
32′- DC has a free kick from about 40 yards out. The first ball is cleared out and the second chance ball hits Blake, who sends it out for a counterattack.
26′- Torres is down on the ground and play is stopped. Looks like he got his hand stepped on.
24′- Bedoya is called for a foul after he collides with Miller who comes way off his line and tries to punch a ball.
22′- Carranza takes a soft shot from a distance and it was easy save for DC’s Miller.
9′- Carranza booked early here. Not a clue what it is for, but can only assume the ref isn’t taking his arguments tonight.
3′- Wagner sends a good pass behind the defense. Carranza picks it up and crosses it to a running Torres, who sends it into the back of the net. However, the AR had the flag up for offsides.
1′- Game gets underway. The boys are in the dark blues and are defending the River End here in the first half.
Starting Lineups
Coach Jim Curtin decides to trout out the Christmas tree formation for tonight. Uhre and Martinez are both available off the bench tonight. Also Real and Torres are in the starting XI.
