Though it will stink for some who were planning on attending tonight, this is the right call to make. It’s not only thunderstorms that are on the forecast. The area has a tornado watch until 11 p.m. tonight. With the radar looking clear tomorrow, there was absolutely no reason to chance this one. Even if the thunder held off and there was just rain, you absolutely don’t want to see either side sustain an injury this late into both the competition and the MLS season.
The club stated that the match will be made available tomorrow to watch on MLS Season Pass.
