Philadelphia Union to face Danish club AGF in Spain on January 26

The Philadelphia Union will take on Danish club AGF during their preseason trip to Marbella, Spain. later this month.

The game has been posted on AGF’s website. Details of the trip have not yet been announced by the Philadelphia Union, which is also slated to play Czech league leaders SK Slavia Praha a week earlier.

AGF – full name Aarhus Gymnastikforening – is currently in fourth place in the Danish Superliga, the top flight of football in Denmark. AGF also finished fourth when Union forward Mikael Uhre won the league with Brøndby IF in 2020-2021. He was also the Danish Superliga Player of the Season and was transferred to the Union in 2022.

AGF has a home friendly scheduled against second tier Danish club Odense Boldklub on January 16 and Czech League club FK Pardubice on January 21 in Marbella prior to the Union game.
