Philadelphia Lone Star overcame an early deficit and scored four unanswered goals to hand LVU Rush their first loss of the season in a USL League Two Mid-Atlantic Division match on Saturday afternoon at John Bartram High School Football Field.

Saleem Diakite put the visitors up in the 11th minute but Jariel Arthur equalizer before the half and Mamadou Diarra put Lone Star in front in the 61st minute. Musa Abdelgadir and Amadou Kamagate added goals before full time to put Lone Star second in points in the division with 13 points and a 4-2-1 record. LVU Rush fell to 5-1-0 to start the season but still leads the division in points with 15.

Ocean City Nor’easters is the last remaining unbeaten team in the division with a 4-0-0 record out of the gate.
