Senior forward Guillermo Delgado scored a goal and added a pair of assists to earn his 99th career point and tie Mike Biggs for the program record in a 3-1 win over Seton Hall on Wednesday.

Delgado scored his fifth goal of the season in the 23rd minute and assisted on Dani Laguna’s eventual game-winner in the 37th minute and Carlos Perales’ 87th minute insurance goal.

Biggs set the program’s all-time record for points with 99 from 1968-70. Delgado is now five behind Biggs for most goals in program history.

Seton Hall (2-3-1) cut the lead in half in the 74th minute on a goal from Jordan Kinoshi, just the third conceded by the Blue Hens defense this season. West Chester native Todd Morton made a season-high five saves in goal for the Blue Hens.

The Blue Hens (5-1-0) continue their home stand tomorrow with their conference opener against William & Mary at 7 p.m.
