Philadelphia Union tie Chivas USA 1-1

Danny Mwanga scored a beautiful goal early assisted by LeToux. Chivas equalized with a long goal at the end of the first half. Fred had a chance at a winning shot in the second half that was denied by Zack Thorton. The Union had quality moments but couldn’t find their rhythm. Philadelphia lacked possession, passed poorly and failed to create many chances.

Philly earns a point and returns home to PPL Park next week to face San Jose.
