NEastPhilly.com: Philadelphia Sports Zone Plans Revealed

Since November of 2010, news coming out about the Philadelphia Sports Zone had lessened to the point where nothing new was being reported. Questions arised as to whether or not the Sports Zone would progress beyond the public meetings stage.

NEastPhilly.com has a report about an event that unveiled the full nature of the project. It’s set to be the only center of its kind in the Philadelphia Northeast. Here’s what the Sports Zone spokesperson said of estimates on date of completion:

Fulmer said they are looking at the fall of 2013 as a possible opening of the facility.
