To no one’s surprise, Sergio Santos topped the Community Player Ratings poll from the MLS is Back Tournament quarterfinal win over Sporting Kansas City.

Santos had a brace and assisted on Jamiro Monteiro’s opening goal in the 3-1 win. He topped our community poll with a 4.74 average rating on a 5-point scale.

Brenden Aaronson was second with a 4.49 average, followed by head coach Jim Curtin with a 4.38, Andre Blake with a 4.34 and Jose Martinez at 4.21.

Kacper Przybylko had the lowest rating with a 2.34 average, followed by substitute Andrew Wooten with a 2.61 average.

This is the first time Santos has topped the community poll. He joins Andre Blake (3) and Brenden Aaronson with that distinction during MLS is Back. Mark McKenzie and Jakob Glesnes topped the poll from the first two games of the 2020 season.
