Rate The U: Union survive after multiple clearances from the goal line

Kacper’s goal in the 31st minute was all the game needed

Over the past two games, the Philadelphia Union have picked up 4 points. The U picked up the three points after defeating I-95 rival, New York Red Bulls Tuesday night. The games only goal came during the 31st minute, when Ray Gaddis crossed the ball for an easy tap by Kacper Przybylko.

Speaking of Gaddis, he had one heck of a match that night. Right now, Gaddis is benefiting from a great partnership with Union midfielder Alejandro Bedoya. Multiple times Tuesday night saw the pair swapping positions and covering one another on offensive attacks. If the two keep it up that would become a great partnership for the boys in blue.

Speaking of partnerships, how about the Union’s defensive line. Where you worried that far too many times during the match the boys needed to throw so many people on the line just to keep the ball out of the net? On the other side, looking at the attack are you tired of screaming at your tv shoot? How many times did we see the U pass the ball an extra time or two, which then screwed up their shot line?
