Exercise your right to vote today

It’s Election Day in the U.S.

Thanks to there not being a mid-week game for the Philadelphia Union this week, we don’t have a lot of soccer coverage planned for today.

And since it’s Election Day in the U.S. it’s a good day to take a breather anyway.

We can get back to talking about the Supporters’ Shield tomorrow when a the Columbus Crew play Orlando City in a game that could end up ensuring the Union make the Concacaf Champions League for the first time.

Hopefully you don’t need to hear from us the reminder to vote and already have a plan, but the message — as the Sons of Ben displayed with their tifo when fans finally returned to Subaru Park last month — is pretty simple: VOTE.
