The Union will go on to host Inter Miami CF in the club’s 2021 home opener the following weekend on Saturday, April 24 at 8:00 p.m. ET on PHL17 with a pregame show beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Major League Soccer’s 26th season will kick off on Friday, April 16 with all five national broadcast partners showcasing matches on their networks, including the highly anticipated first match of expansion side Austin FC, the league announced Wednesday.

Acosta has two goals and an assist in 23 appearances with Atlas in the 2020-21 Liga MX season. He’s an MLS veteran, logging four seasons with D.C. United, most recently in 2019. During his time there, he notched 24 goals and 28 assists in 126 appearances.

Striker Jordan Siebatcheu decides to represent the USA
Siebatcheu is currently on loan with BSC Young Boys from Stade Rennais. He has 12 goals this season with the Swiss club and is having an impact for the team in its Europa League run.
