In their first regular season home game since clinching the team’s first ever piece of hardware last November, the Philadelphia Union unveiled a couple stadium banners on Saturday night commemorating their Supporters’ Shield win.

Union majority owner Jay Sugarman, Sporting Director Ernst Tanner and Sons of Ben president Matt Gendaszek held up the shield as the banners were unveiled opposite the River End of the stadium.

The Sons of Ben displayed a Supporters’ Shield tifo and also introduced new Supporters’ Shield merchandise for sale in-stadium before the game and at halftime.
