Six local players named United Soccer Coaches High School All-Americans

Six local high school players have been named to the United Soccer Coaches fall All-American team.

Drew Roskos (Delran) and Luke Chatten (Haddon Township) from South Jersey, Shane Velez (Pennridge) from Pennsylvania and Jake Ross (Salesianum) from Delaware were named to the boys team. Kennedy Garcia (Rancocas Valley) from South Jersey was the lone local player on the girls team.

Both Roskos and Ross were named All-Americans for the second straight year.

Players on this year’s United Soccer Coaches High School All-America Teams will be recognized for their accomplishments at the All-America Ceremony & Reception on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
