Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer will be crowning 62 state cup champions this weekend for the third straight year at WSFS Bank Sportsplex.

The National Championship Series, Presidents Cup and Challenge Cup finals will be staged throughout the complex adjacent Subaru Park beginning tonight. One new wrinkle this year on the annual tradition is that the winners of the NCS State Cups will automatically earn a spot in the U.S. Youth Soccer national championships. Previously, a state cup win sent a team to regionals.

Also new this year the U18-U19 NCS state cup finals will be played the same weekend as the other age divisions. Previously, the finals were played on a different weekend in a different location.

Fifty-five different clubs from Eastern Pennsylvania are sending teams to the finals. FC Delco has the most teams with 12, followed by FC Europa with 10, Montgomery United and Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals each have 6 and Philadelphia International FC has 5 teams.

Vereinigung Erzgebirge is already guaranteed a trophy with two U19 teams – Rhinelander and Timbers – facing off in the U19 Presidents Cup final. Hulmeville SC Demons are looking to complete the state cup triple with an NCS State Cup to add to a Challenge Cup trophy from 2023 and a Presidents Cup trophy from 2024. Returning finalist FC Europa 2010 RL boys in the final take on Philadelphia International in the final on Saturday.

Warrington SC FC United 2010 girls are hoping the third time is a charm when they face off against two-time defending champs 1776 United FC. Central Susquehanna Phoenix is going for their third Presidents Cup after previous wins in 2023 and 2024. Carlisle Youth Soccer Cannons are looking to repeat in the Presidents Cup final against a different Towamencin team aiming to bring the U19 trophy back to their club for the second year in a row.

Steel United PA 2009 girls are a returning finalist and will take on PA Classics Reading in the U17 girls final. Reading, previously known as FC Revolution, won the U17 state cup final with the Reds back in 2023.

The finals kick off at 6:10 p.m. tonight with Challenge Cup games. The last game is at 3 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Games will end on Saturday in the afternoon prior to the start of the Philadelphia Union’s game against Columbus Crew.

The US Youth Soccer Boys National Championships will take place in Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah, while the Girls National Championships will be held in Murfreesboro and Smyrna, Tennessee from July 13-23, 2026. U12 NCS champions will also have the opportunity to compete in a standalone event in Maryland against other state cup winners from across the country.

Winners of the Presidents Cup finals in the will advance to the Northeast Presidents Cup in Connecticut June 18-21. The National Presidents Cup will be in Wichita, Kansas July 7-11.

Challenge Cup winners do not advance to regional or national competition.
