Philadelphia Union sign Cole Missimo
The Philadelphia Union added another young player to the squad, signing right winger Cole Missimo.
The Philadelphia Union announced another signing today – this time inking fourth round SuperDraft pick Cole Missimo. Missimo played college soccer at Northwestern University, contributing seven goals and 12 assists for the Wildcats during his career. Missimo is a right footed right wing, and while the Union have a surplus of these right now, Director of Soccer Earnie Stewart believes Missimo can develop into a solid MLS player.
