Lehigh Valley United’s roster for the upcoming Premier Development League season features a number of names familiar to those who follow youth and college soccer in the region.

A bulk of the roster either hails from the Philadelphia area or plays college soccer in the region.

Temple University defender/midfielder Belal Mohamed, from Allentown, leads the D1 group on the team, which includes Philadelphia Union Academy grads Cameron Keys and Garrett Keys, who will be seniors this fall.

Lehigh University teammates Stevo Bednarsky, Jonathan Blaine and Zarin Tuten are staying in the area and Virginia forward Leon Maric and George Washington defender Joshua Yurasitis are on the squad. Incoming St. John’s freshmen Cole Reardon is the lone incoming freshman on the roster.

Mickey George, who trialed with Bethlehem Steel FC in the preseason, is back along with other post-college returners Jordon Ellison, Ben Sauer, A.J. Bishop and Shaquille Stephenson.

West Chester University has three players on the roster in Ian Davies, Douglas Goitia and Colin Muller, Jefferson has two in Rashaan Robe and Jason Rocha and East Stroudsburg forward Eddy Enowbi and Wilmington defender Trey Mason are also from the Division 2 ranks.

The roster, which was posted on the PDL website this week, is below:
