On a night where the Philadelphia Union and LAFC traded golazos, Philadelphia Union center back Jakob Glesnes had the most unlikely and surprising of the night when he drilled a free kick from 40 yards out.

The 25-year-old Norwegian came forward to take the kick and after a long run hit a laser that stung the back of the net. It briefly gave the Union a 2-1 lead that was erased when Diego Rossi drew the game level again with yet another highlight-reel goal.

The game ended in a 3-3 draw but Glesnes’ goal is one we’ll be watching and rewatching for years to come.
