Recent arrival Bajung Darboe is considered the No. 1 prospect in his age group, according to updated rankings for the 2024 graduating class by TopDrawerSoccer.com.

Darboe, a forward from Madison, Wisconsin, was recruited to the academy from Minnesota United back in October. He was No. 2 in the previous rankings by the site, trading places with Orange County SC midfielder Francis Jacobs.

Forward Gael Medrano, who is in his second season with the Union after relocating to the area with his family from Michigan, is No. 11.

Four other Union players and two from FC Delco are in the top 150 rankings from the site.

Three of the players joined the academy this season. No. 32 Jack Brown is a midfielder who joined the Union from PA Classics, No. 44 Alex Perez is a defender who joined the academy in the summer from Las Vegas and No. 57 Luke Zielinski is a recent addition from NYCFC’s academy. Goalkeeper Andrew Rick is ranked no. 25 and midfielder Caden Grabfelder is No. 52.

FC Delco teammates Christian Guardino and Dean Yao check in at 95 and 119 on the list.
