Ten players from the greater Philadelphia area were named High School All-Americans by the United Soccer Coaches and will have an opportunity to receive their awards in Philadelphia in January.

United Soccer Coaches announced the association’s 2025 High School Boys and Girls All-America Teams for the Fall 2025 season on Tuesday.

Six boys and four girls players were on the list of All-Americans for the fall season. Five of the players hail from South Jersey, two from Delaware and three from Eastern Pennsylvania.

Of the honorees, just two captured state titles with Abington junior defender Kyle Kretschman and Paul VI’s Emma McCarthy both receiving the honor. Charter School of Wilmington star Michael Capretto was also recently named a United Soccer Coaches Youth All-American for his standout performances with FC Delco.

Players on this year’s United Soccer Coaches High School All-America Teams will be recognized for their accomplishments at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026 in Philadelphia, Pa., in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
