Marple Newtown hosted Radnor for a rainy afternoon Central League contest on Tuesday. Despite a strong performance from senior goalkeeper Nicole Semerjian and center back Emily Kucera, Radnor was able to find a pair of goals in the first half and shut down the Tigers attack en route to a 2-0 win. Senior Arabella Steele struck first after getting behind the defense on a quick throw while junior Madeline Engle nodded in the second just before halftime off an assist from Ellie Rubin and a crafty run from Sora McCrae.
