Rayshaun McGann will be rejoining the United States U17 team for the 13th annual Nike International Friendlies in Lakewood Ranch, Florida this week.

McGann was one of 20 players called into head coach John Hackworth’s squad for matches against Portugal, Turkey and Brazil.

Former Philadelphia Union Academy goalkeeper C.J. dos Santos (Benfica) is one of three non-U.S. Soccer Development Academy players on the roster. Dest Sergino (Ajax) and Tim Weah (Paris Saint-Germain) are the others.

McGann, 16, of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, is one of 12 returners from a team that finished 1-2-0 last year with a 2-1 win over tournament runner-up Netherlands.

The U.S. open play on Wednesday against Portugal at 7 p.m. and play Turkey at 7 p.m. on Friday and Brazil at 5 p.m. on Sunday. The matches will be broadcast live on ussoccer.com.

McGann’s teammates from the U18 and U16 teams will also be in Florida as part of the U.S. Soccer Development Academy winter showcase. The U18s play Real So Cal, Sporting Kansas City and Atlanta United while the U16s square off against Sacramento Republic, Vancouver Whitecaps and Sporting Kansas City.
