Add two more players with ties to the Philadelphia Union to the list of players to sign with USL club Rochester Rhinos this year.

Former Philadelphia Union defender Raymond Lee and former Union youth Todd Pratzner were announced as new signings on Monday.

Pratzner, a Lancaster native who played at Xavier for the past four season went undrafted in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft but did earn a trial in the early stage of preseason with Bethlehem Steel FC.

Lee was the 71st overall pick in the 2015 MLS SuperDraft by the Union, but only made one appearance for the first team and two on loan to the City Islanders in 2015.

He trialed with Bethlehem Steel FC last preseason, but ended up making 19 appearances in USL for the Tulsa Roughnecks. A Kansas City native, Lee spent time in the Sporting Kansas City Academy prior to playing college soccer at the University of Saint Louis.

Pratzner will be joining some familiar faces in Rochester. He, Darius Madison (Philadelphia, Pa.) and Christiano François all made appearances for the Philadelphia Union Reserves when they were part of the team’s youth setup and Kyle Morton (West Chester, Pa.) and Joe Farrell (Blue Bell, Pa.) were also part of the Union youth prior to their college careers.

The Rhinos also recently added an assistant coach with ties to the region in former Lebanon Valley College head coach and Harrisburg City Islanders assistant Mark Pulisic.
