Four Philadelphia Union players called up for international duty
Alejandro Bedoya, Haris Medunjanin, Andre Blake, and Warren Creavalle will each represent their countries over the next week.
The Philadelphia Union will see four players representing their national teams during the upcoming international break, as midfielders Alejandro Bedoya, Haris Medunjanin, and Warren Creavalle join goalkeeper Andre Blake with their respective squads this coming week.
Bedoya will join the United States National Team as they prepare for a couple of crucial World Cup Qualifiers against Panama on October 6th in Orlando and Trinidad and Tobago on October 10 in Couva.
Medunjanin will join Bosnia and Herzegovina as they also are looking to qualify for the World Cup. Bosnia and Herzegovina will face off against Belgium on October 7th in Sarajevo and Estonia on October 10th in Talinn.
Creavalle will be with Guyana for a friendly against Grenada on October 7th in St. George’s. The friendly will help raise funds for relief efforts for neighboring Dominica and Cuba.
Blake will join Jamaica for a friendly against Saudi Arabia in Riyadh on October 7th.
