Union vs. Real Salt Lake: Preview, projected lineups, and how to watch

The Union are looking for a result against an RSL team that has won four straight at the RioT.

With just one win in their last four, the first-place Union will try to reassert their dominance in Salt Lake City tonight. RSL currently sits on the wrong side of the red line, but they boast one of the best home records in MLS. Mike Petke’s side has won four straight at Rio Tinto Stadium, with their last loss coming to Portland on May 4th.

For the Union, Andrew Wooten’s expected debut is the big storyline in this one. The 29-year-old striker is now eligible for selection, but he may not displace Kacper Przybyłko and Fafa Picault just yet. In the four games since Wooten’s signing, Przybyłko has netted five goals while Picault has two goals and an assist. Both Jamiro Monteiro and Ilsinho remain questionable after injuries forced them out of the squad last weekend.

Projected lineups

Philadelphia Union: Andre Blake; Ray Gaddis, Auston Trusty, Jack Elliott, Kai Wagner; Haris Medunjanin, Alejandro Bedoya, Jamiro Monteiro, Marco Fabián; Kacper Przybyłko, Fafa Picault

Real Salt Lake: Nick Rimando; Aaron Herrera, Justen Glad, Marcelo Silva, Donny Toia; Everton Luiz, Kyle Beckerman; Corey Baird, Albert Rusnák, Jefferson Savarino; Damir Kreilach
