Sporting KC’s Graham Zusi out for season after undergoing foot surgery
The club announced Wednesday that Zusi underwent a successful operation to repair a midfoot sprain in his left foot. The procedure was performed under the care of orthopedic surgeon Dr. Kirk McCullough at the Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute. The veteran defender is expected to be sidelined for four to five months during his rehabilitation.
