Jose Martinez will be suspended for the second leg of the Concacaf Champions League quarterfinal with Atlanta United.

Martinez picked up his second yellow in the 6th minute of the first leg match in Atlanta. He picked up a yellow card in the 49th minute in the second leg of the Round of 16 match with Saprissa.

Head coach Jim Curtin will have a couple options to cover for Martinez in the match in Chester next Tuesday. When Martinez was out in the preseason he paired Jack Elliott and Alejandro Bedoya in a 4-2-3-1. Last season when he was out against Columbus Crew, Curtin started Elliott at the six.

Other options on the depth chart include second-year player Cole Turner.
