90+6’ – Kacper takes it down to the corner flag and it goes out for a corner.
90+5’ – Blake is taking his time to send the ball down the field, because of this the ref issues him a yellow card.

90 – Fourth official has indicated there will be at least 5 minutes of stoppage time. Right as we start, Bedoya goes down.
89’ – Santos goes down at the top of the box and the fans are booing him. Ref comes off and he slowly gets back on his feet.
83’ – Monteiro is on the ground after the ref calls a foul on him. Replay shows him getting hit in the stomach area. Timothy Ford waives on the training staff. After a few minutes he is up and walking to the far sideline. Fourth official puts up the sub sign to show that Real is coming on to replace Monteiro.
81’ – Blake continues to get tested here. Kamara gets a shot off here from the center and it is handled by Blake.
78’ – United making their final changes here as Alfaro and Skundrich come out, Pines and Felipe replace the pair.
76’ – United on the attack going from the center to the right wing. The ball gets crossed to the center of the penalty area where Perez’s header goes wide of the net.
73’ – Play is stopped as United’s Alfaro goes down holding his leg. Training staff is now on the pitch looking at him.
67’ – Union making two subs here Burke comes off for a fresh Santos. We also are seeing the MLS debut for Gazdag for Martinez. Which is an interesting change.
65’ – It took him 65 minutes but Martinez has earned a yellow card apparently.
63’ – What a save! Union clear the corner to the top of the box, where Kevin Paredes gets a shot off and its near the top of the post. Just at the last second Blake is able to get a leaping hand on the ball to force it out for a corner.

45+1’ – Przybylko puts the ball into the back of the net and he is called offsides. HOWEVER, Timothy Ford is taking a closer look via VAR. After the quickest look the ref signals the goal a good one! Union up 1-0.
45’- We will have 4 minutes of stoppage time.
43’ – Unlucky for the union! Mbaizo crosses from the right wing to the left side of the box where it falls to Flach. Flach moves the ball to a falling Monteiro, whose shot gets deflected by the goalkeeper.
40’ – Should we be worried? Multiple times in this first half DC has been able to get behind the backline and forcing Blake to come way off his line. Right now the U have not been the best on the attacking side of the pitch and a little weak on the defensive side.
35’ – Wagner’s shot from way out center takes a deflection into the box and it goes out for a corner kick. The cross goes to the middle of the box and is easily handled by the goalkeeper.
33’- Following the break, DC lines up for the free kick with two in the wall. United crosses it to the far post and it goes out for a goal kick.
30’ – He is up and it looks like we are having a hydration break since everyone is over at the benches.
29’ – After some pushing and shoving, Flach is called for a foul. He also stays on the ground after a sliding challenge and the training staff is out looking at his leg.
23’ – United earns a free kick after Martinez is called for a foul after a poor tackle challenge. The free kick is about 24 yards out. The ball goes between the wall and a player and is low on the deck, Blake dives for it and stops the ball. The U then clear it out of play.
20’ – Wagner places a good ball into the box but it is stopped and fumbled by United’s goalkeeper. If his hands keep up this way, he could be in for a long night.
13’ – Close call on the counter as United’s shot finds a way to get pass the U but it went wide of the net for a corner kick. The corner amounted to nothing.
12’ – Missed Chance! Union crosses it into edge of the left side of the box to an open Monteiro who beats the keeper but the ball gets headed down by a United Player.
4’ – DC makes a change here pulling Flores our and bringing in Gressel in. Luckily MLS allows five subs in three chances. As United can still make 4 changes in the game. Union also earns their first corner kick, it was cleared out by United.
2’ – Game resumes with a clearance from Martinez. While United’s Flores is still off the field, forcing DC to play down a man.
1’- Game is underway at 7:15 after a premature whistle. Also just 20 seconds into the game we have a stop as DC United’s Flores’ legs get tangled up with Martinez.
