Philadelphia Union U-16 teammates Abram Judy and Aiden Gayle and Sporting Athletic defender Andrew Gilmour are among the call-ups to a new U.S. Soccer Futures Camp happening in Fayetteville, Georgia this month.

The aim of the combined U-15 and U-16 camp is for U.S. Soccer to identify, support and develop “high-potential players who physically mature later than their peers.”

“We’re excited to add the Boys National Team Futures program to the National Team setup,” Barry Pauwels, Men’s Youth National Teams Head of Development said in a news release. “Recognizing that development timelines vary widely for players that are 14 to 16 years old, this initiative creates a more inclusive pathway for high-potential players who might be overlooked due to later physical maturation at these ages. This commitment from U.S. Soccer allows us to provide equal opportunity for more players in these age groups, while also maximizing the depth of our overall talent pool.”
