Scoreless through the first 85 minutes, the U.S. Under-20s scored three times to beat France 3-0 and improve to 2-0 to start U-20 World Cup group play in Chile.

Former Union Academy star Marcos Zambrano – who subbed into the match in the 74th minute – added the third goal of the match in stoppage time after Zavier Gozo and Brooklyn Raines both scored in the 85th and 88th minutes.

Philadelphia Union defender Frankie Westfield started for the second straight match and went the full 90.

The U.S. sits atop Group E with six points from two matches. They’ll close out the group stage against South Africa on Sunday, Oct. 5 (4 p.m. ET; FS2, Telemundo) and can guarantee the top spot with a win or draw.
